Video Conferencing

Video Conferencing is now a must have app. Not just for meetings, but for socialization and even family gatherings. Prakya provides the ability to make video conference calls. There can be a one-to-one video conference or a group call. Zoom is also supported as a conference provider.

1. Click on the Admin icon on the left hand side menu
2. Under Integration, click on ‘Video Conference’.

   
   

3. Select the provider from the list of supported conference providers. By default, ‘Prakya’ is selected as the conference provider.

   

One to One

This is a video call between two individuals. It is similar to an instant meeting. It does not require any scheduling. The user can directly connect with another team member or any individual in the organization.

1. Click on the ‘Chat’ icon at the top most bar.
2. Click on the ‘+’ icon to select the other individual with whom you would like to communicate.

Group Call

The Group Call feature helps to hold a video conference with the complete team. Every Epic has a dedicated channel. This channel supports messaging, notifications and video conferencing.

1. Click on the ‘Chat’ icon at the top most bar.
2. Under ‘Channels’, select the appropriate channel
3. Click on the video option on the top of the chat window.

   
   

4. A window will open with the option to ‘Join Now’. Click on it.

   
   

5. This will start the video conference call.
