Messaging and Communication Channels

Communicating with team members to discuss work progress, friendly conversations provide a new dimension to this collaboration platform. Users can interact with team members, individuals from other teams with the help of channels and direct messages. This allows individuals to collaborate better and keep teams updated on day to day activities.

1. Communicate with all team members.
   1. Click on the ‘Chat’ icon on the top most bar. This will list all the channels where conversations can be initiated.

      

   2. Choose the channel and start conversing.

      

   3. The channel also notifies team members of any activity performed within the Epic. This could include notifications for adding new release bundles, adding new features, user-stories, team member addition etc.

      

      
      

2. Direct message between individuals.
   1. Click on the ‘Chat’ icon on the top most bar. This will list all the channels where conversations can be initiated.
   2. Click on the ‘+’ icon to and search the individual with whom you would like to start a conversation
