Assigning Features to Roadmap items to link to strategy

Features are part of the Epic that are fit into the Program Increment and are revised at the next program increment boundary. Depending on how fast a feature can be delivered, a go/no-go decision. Depending on the delivery time of the Feature, it can be decided whether an epic needs a go/no-go.

Features which are delivered provide more value as they generate sufficient feedback by the user. From fast feedback loops through the current PI, we can learn and form go/no-go decisions.

As soon as we learn, a sufficient Architectural Runway that already exists for a business epic must be enabled. This existing runway supports the business Epic that is associated with it.
