What is a User Story?
Prakya focuses on “People First” which is one of the core concepts of Agile. User-focused stories are one of the key components that help improve the user’s visibility. They are small, vertical slices of system functionality which can be completed in a single iteration or sprint
User stories are written in non-technical language such that they are simple to read and understand.
Features are broken down into Stories in order to bring more visibility. User stories or Stories are short and simple descriptions that are written in the way users understand.
In order to implement a new user story, the team may also have to develop a new architecture and infrastructure sometimes. In such cases, teams use ‘Enabler Stories’ to support the architecture, or infrastructure and explore. However, these might not be for any end user.
Enabler Stories are expressed in technical language and are not user centric .
