Assigning of Work

We can manage the features with the help of sprints. A feature can be implemented in one sprint or fall over into the next. For this purpose, it is the stories under the features that are tied to sprints. This allows incremental delivery of a feature if it’s too large. Follow the steps below to assign feature items to sprints

1. Click on the ‘Board’ option. This will open the program board.
2. On the right hand side of the board, click on the ‘Feature’ box to expand it.
3. Each feature can then be expanded to view the stories it contains.
4. Select the appropriate increment on the top most bar. After this, the stories can be dragged and dropped from the ‘Features’ box onto the sprint window. This will create the association between the story and sprint.
