Can I add a custom field or custom priority or custom workflow state to an Epic, User Story or Bug?
No, for now it is not possible to add custom attributes, priorities or workflow states. Prakya provides a list of workflow states which is in accordance with the SAFe approach.
Can we track multiple team’s work progress at the same time?
Yes, it is possible to do so. In the ‘Team Room’, click on the ‘Work Items’ filter. This will list a list of teams. One or more teams can be selected and then apply the filter. This will list all the work items from the selected teams as well.
Can any user update organization related information?
Only users with administrator permissions will be able to view, access and update organization level details. This also includes adding Portfolios, Users, choosing the billing plan and adding new administrators.
